  • 1993 - Service Solutions was incorporated under the leadership of Eddie Evans to fill the demands of a rapidly shifting IT & Technology industry sector.

  • 2001 - Infinet first opened its doors through the vision of John Joyce.

  • 2003 - Infinet acquired Citadel Computer P L which was re-branded as Infinet Information Management (IIM).

  • 2007 - Mick Marcic joined Infinet as Infinet COO to support the company through a period of growth and development.

  • 2008 - The partnership between Service Solutions and Infinet was first formalised under Infinet Group. Service Solutions adopted the name Infinet Service Solutions (ISS) at this time.

  • 2009 - Citadel NZ was formally incorporated into the Infinet Group under the name Infinet New Zealand (INZ) as an inclusive 3PL and 3PSP .

  • 2015 - Michael Longo, with a career in corporate after sales service joined the Group as ISL CEO.

  • 2018 - For the first time in the companies’ history, IIM, ISS, and ISL headquarters were united under the one roof in a new state-of-the-art facility in Kingsgrove NSW.

  • 2019 - Tom Evans, after ten years with the Infinet Group, stepped into the role of General Manager to lead ISS.
